By balancing client needs with the unique dynamics of the area, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Tech Valley is “The Forward Thinking Real Estate Company.” A member of the National Association of Realtors, Miguel Berger opened the doors of Tech Valley Homes in 2001 with the mission to combine technology and real estate under one roof. Ahead of his time and in tune with the local economy, Miguel pressed forward and developed his business into a leading real estate office of the Capital Region.
In 2011 Miguel decided to align the company with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, a national recognized franchise. As such, the company got renamed Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Tech Valley.
With more than 25 years of experience, Miguel took a hands-on approach to the residential real estate market. He marketed his clients’ properties across a wide variety of media — many of which were unheard of at the time. His advancements landed him the Chair of the Technology Committee for the Greater Capital Association of REALTORS®, making him a leader in his field.
